STARTERS: Codfish Fried Cookies, Veal Croquettes, typical sliced Ham with loaves of cheese and corn bread, bread, butter and Olives;
SOUP: Caldo Verde (cabbage soup);
Main Course: Codfish fillet with cornbread au gratin in the oven, roasted potatoes and sautéed greens with garlic,
Dessert: Rabanada (French toast) drizzled with Port wine sauce and cinnamon stick,
INCLUDED DRINKS: Red and white wine, Beer, Water, Soft Drinks and Coffee. (Drinks included during dinner)
Alternative to the Main Course for the whole group (pre-booked 72h): Mixed roast of Veal and Pork Leg garnished with garlic sautéed greens and carrots, roasted potatoes and rice.
